Original Artwork and Custom Commissions:
Due to the unique nature of original artwork and custom commissions, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery to discuss a resolution.
Prints and Other Merchandise:
For non-custom items such as prints, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you did not receive your order, please reach out within 7 days with your order details and any relevant photos. I will work with you to offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution as appropriate.
